The Internet Search Engine Database site has an article on some "interesting leaks" from the MSN Search Team.  There is also speculation that some of the information may be part of the hype cycle as well, in anticipation of what is likely to be a two year long launch for Longhorn.  This doesn't include much that I hadn't heard before, but the portion on geotargeting search features sounds interesting.
