I called them tonight because the because of a laptop hardware issue. After translating my simple problem 100 times, they agree to fix it right away...GREAT!
Now on to the damn part...Dell has some how gotten my home number stuck in the transfer system. We have received at least 20 phone calls tonight from people who are getting referred from Dell. Very annoying...and since it is a minimum 30 minute call to talk to someone...who will in all likelihood have no clue what we are talking about...not to mention that it is now midnight, EST...very annoying.
