I attended the http://www.njmsdev.org meeting last week. Brad McCabe from Infragistics had presented some javascript on how to maintain your scroll position in an ASPX page (well, really any page). Some one asked about how to include this in all of their web pages. I believe this should do the trick. All you have to do is create an page which inherits from ScrollPage. The ScrollPage should do the rest (including wiring up the client-side OnScroll event).
