This article in EETimes points out that the new X-Box deal inked by ATI will translate to a loss of $350 million to Nvidia in 2005.  With Longhorn coming I think Nvidia will likely be able to offset a lot of this loss, but it is still fairly significant.  I wonder what drove the selection of ATI for the next generation X-Box graphics technologies.
