That never happened before: The first Open Sourceprojectpowers a public ad campaign, sponsored voluntarily by more than 10,000 individuals. This is both, the greatest and biggest effort and success that an Open Source product was ever about to experience in the whole history of computers:
We're on two full pages in The New York Times because our message is big  much bigger than the ad itself. This is just the precursor to what will become a broadening campaign of Firefox advocacy throughout the world.
Well, you might think, this sounds a little bit too heavy to take, but don't forget: "Have you ever heard/read/witnessed something like this ever happen before?" No, you haven't! And I think the truly remarkable thing about all this is, that everything concerning the project from the beginning until today is a community effort, where people do work for each other. Congratulations!
