Seems like Russia is having some pretty serious terrorism problem lately. Assuming that it is all their angry Chechen rebels doing this do you think they would be more interested in helping with the “War on Terrorism“ since they are getting beat up on now? If so how might we help each other? We would be fighting different enemies.
