Here's an interesting post about how blogging might be making us smarter. It's nothing scientific, but there are a few good points.

I would guess that bloggers are slightly smarter than average in the first place. It takes a little courage, a little technical knowledge, some opinions, the ability to read, competent motor skills or appropriate enhancement equipment, the computer hardware and monthly Internet cost to post a blog. All these things point out to me that as a blogger you must be rich enough to access a computer, smart enough to use it, educated enough to read, current enough to have something to talk about, and thick skulled enough to write for an audience of two (Including yourself) [READ][via Ensight]
