"My favorite new feature is real-time shared note-taking. You simply use File/Share with others, then in the task pane that appears, choose to take notes with other people by Starting a Session. This set sup a real-time session using the DirectPlay protocol (same as used for net gaming).

You can invite 20+ people to a "netOneNote" session. Everyone can edit at the same time or only the "owner" - you control how you want it to work.
