I downloaded and installed the Security Update 2004-02-23 today. This update delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all Macintosh users.
This update includes the following components:

Additionally, if you missed out on the Security Update 2003-11-19, this update incorporates its enhancements into this security update. That update included the following modifications:
