Learn how you can force an app to quit on an iPhone device.

Sometimes a buggy app can cause your device to stop working correctly, in that case you will need to force that offending application to quit. Here's how:

1. While you have that app running, press and hold on the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until you see the red slider appears.

2. Next press on the Home button until you see the app quits and close down.
