Learn how to set passcode on your iPhone 4.

To protect the privacy of your data on iPhone, you can set a passcode as a key that only you know to unlock your iPhone by following 4 steps below:

1. Go to Settings

2. Choose General

3. Tap on Passcode Lock then insert a 4-digit passcode

4. Retype the passcode to confirm
