Learn how to lock the SIM card on the Samsung Galaxy S II.
If you don't want other people to use your PIN and making unauthorize then you could use your device to lock it. Once you have enable this feature everytime you turn on the device it will ask you to enter the PIN before you could use the service. Here'w how:
1. Press The Home button to go back to the idle screen.
2. Then press Menu button.
3. Next tap on the Setting option.
4. Then tap on Location & Security.
5. Next tap on Lock SIM card.
6. Then put in your SIM Pin and tap on OK.
7. Put in the PIN again to confirm.

Now you SIM card is locked.
Note that when you attempt to put in too many incorrect password your SIM will be blocked and you will need a PUK code from the service provide to unblock it. The reason it's doing this is to protect your SIM card from un-authorize use.
