Find out how you could view all the active running application on the Samsung Galaxy S II.

The Galaxy S II is running on an Android operating system which enable the device to perform multitasking. With multitasking you can have many applications running at the same time. On occassion this can cause the phone to freeze itself, memory issues and it can take up more battery power to host all the active apps.

If don't need some of the running applications you could close them down save battery power and make the device run faster. Here's how to view all the active apps.

1. Press the Home key to go back to idle screen.

2. Tap on the application list.

3. Then choose Task Manager.

4. Next select Active applications and should see all the running apps.

5. Now select an application that you like to close, and tap on Exit.

You could also select Exit all to close all the current running apps.
