You may have install a lot of the trial apps on your device and now you wish to remove all those apps that you are not interested in using. Here's how:

1. Go to the Home screen.

2. Then next tap on Menu.

3. Then pick Settings.

4. Then choose Applications.

5. Now select Manage Applications.

6. Then select the application that you wish to remove from the Download tab.

7. Finally tap on Uninstall from the Application Info Screen.

The selected app should now be removed from your hand held device.
