Find out why the video or sound is not working when using AirPlay.
You may have an issue when you try to play a video over the air on your AirPlay device. Here's a few things to check:
1. Ensure your iPad device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Ensure that the application you are using on the iPad supports AirPlay .
3. Ensure that the iPad is within the Wi-Fi network range.
4. When you first play the video, wait for a least 30 seconds to a minute so that iPad have enough time to buffer file data.
5. Check to ensure that application you are using support both video and audio, as some app only support audio.
6. Ensure that you have the passcode for the Apple TV has it ask for one.
7. Ensure your speaker volume is turn on and up. When using the Apple TV double check to ensure the TV's input source is set to Apple TV.
