SOLVED: Find out how to perform a hard reset the Samsung Sunburst so that you could get the device back to the default factory setting.

Are you in the middle of using your phone and suddenly the Sunburst stop working? Ok don't panic there are several things you could try:

Soft Reset:

First you can try the soft reset as this will not cause you to loss any data.

1. If the device is not responding, then try to turn off the power and switch it back on.

2. Go back to the Home screen.

3. Tap on Menu at the bottom right hand corner.

4. Then tap on Settings.

5. Next select Phone.

5. Then tap on the Reset Phone.

6. Enter in the password you have set previously. If you haven't set any password then this is an opportunity for you to set a new one.

7. Put in your password once more to confirm your password.

You phone will now reboot and you settings will go back to the default factory setting. Note that this method will not erase your personal data like music, video, contact list, bookmark, pictures, ring tones and etc.

If the above does not fix your issue then try the below.
