Learn how you can add an email signature to a message on the iPad so you don't have to keep repeating writing the same thing on every message.

We use email signature to append it at the end of every email message and it often contain details such as name, phone, address.

If you would like to use this feature, then here's how to enable it:

1. Go to the Home screen by pressing the Home button.

2. Then tap on Settings.

3. Next tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

4. Now type on Signature.

5. In the signature field put in what you would like to append at the end of the message.
