Learn how to enable or disable the auto correction feature on the iPad

By default this feature is turn on. When you are typing with the onscreen keyboard the auto suggestion will often suggests correct and it will auto fill in the word. This feature can be extremely annoying because it does not put in the right word that you wanted or it can be in the way of your writing. For what ever the reason you can switch it off. Here's how:

1. Press on the Home button to back home.

2. Then tap on Settings.

3. Now select the General option.

4. Then select Keyboard.

5. Now you can have Auto-Correction to Off or On as desire.

While in this screen, you could turn the spelling feature on or off too.
