Samsung has just announced that it's Google Nexus S is going to available from February in Italy and the touchscreen would be having Super Clear LCD technology instead of Super AMOLED screen. Google Nexus S is having 1 GHz chipset, 4 inch Super Clear LCD screen, 5 MP rear & VGA front facing cameras, NFC support, HSPA connectivity, 3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, 512 MB of RAM and a 16GB of internal memory storage, Android Market and a whole host of Google services.
