Two weeks after the first beta version,  Apple introduced the second edition of iOS 4.1 for all iDevices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch). Along with the new iOS 4.1 beta 2  Apple also gave the beta version of the upcoming iTunes 10.1 Note : If you care for jailbreak / unlock of your iDevice then stay away from beta release.
