On the register there is an article about China working with an american company named On2 Technologies has created a video format capable of displaying HDTV content. I remember reading an article a while back where in a contest that just limited the throughput of the stream Microsoft Windows Media 9 won the contest. Now maybe there is a new contender. The codec is called VP6, I will have to see what the hype is about tonight on my Media Center PC. [READ]
