Although originally published on August 5th, Tim's piece Not 2.0? on the importance, or lack of, concept labeling (or to use the popular term, meme—oh the irony) has been expanded to include a lengthy discussion from the Web community. It's a shame that spammers have to ruin yet another outstanding concept and technology, in this case trackbacks, which O'Reilly Radar was forced to disable. Fortunately, they've manually combined the article and discussion, including insightful comments from such luminaries as Tim Bray and Sam Ruby. Well worth a visit.
