I was just reading Hani's BileBlog, and his fun at TSS. Some rather vitriolic commentary there. Ok, I admit it - I laughed a lot, too.

There's a common theme running through his blog entries that I've seen - some Java related tool or framework sucks. JSF sucks, Struts sucks, IDEA sucks, etc. You get the picture. At some point, when you've decided that all the tools and frameworks associated with your language suck, don't you start to look at the language itself?

Wouldn't it be more fun (not to mention productive) to program in a language, and use tools and frameworks, that you actually LIKE? Not to mention the associated community.

PS - I know this language called "Ruby". Try it. You might like it, and the people, too. :)
