major progress has been made in the last 24 hours with a
callback to provide compile time with access to runtime
state. this allows for data structure dumping, thusly making
working on code to handle runtime data structures much
easier. this also provides the needed type feedback mechanic
as the param list types are known at compile time by
re-using this inspection infrastructure.
