Feed Description: New and updates for the Ruby Documentation Project web site.
Gavin Kistner has put together a new online version of Programming Ruby that links book sections with Ruby Garden wiki pages detailing changes in Ruby 1.8. This is both very clever and extremely useful.
It uses frames; the left frame holds a table of contents, while the right side pairs up book and wiki pages. If you click, for example, on Standard Types, the top fame on right shows the Pick-axe text, while the bottom right frame shows the ProgrammingRubyTwo/StandardTypes wiki page
