I see Matz & crew have made yet another Date.parse change, and it's already causing problems for a few people at least. Expect the screaming to get worse, too. Good thing they ran that changes past the users, eh? Oh, except for the part where they didn't.

I've already had to deal with Date.parse changes in the past, as changes between 1.8.5 and 1.8.6 (and even changes between releases of 1.8.6) broke a few of my Windows libraries.

BTW, I'm not fixing bugs caused by changes in 1.8.7 for any of my libraries.
