Nope, the makers of NetBeans still haven't gotten it together when it comes to SCM and project management. We'll ignore the ridiculous startup time and memory consumption, which are both somewhere in the neighborhood of twice that of Eclipse. Wow.
And to all IDE vendors/creators outside of Eclipse: drop the whole 'active project' concept for dynamic languages. You know which project is active? The one I'm editing, that's what. There is no compile/build step for dynamic languages, so the whole idea of requiring an 'active project' is pointless IMO.
So, for now, I'm still sticking with my tried and true "Eclipse for PM, gvim for editing, command shell for running" arrangement.
