Warning: Rant follows

Oh, dear God, they've put the Ruby .NET Compiler on Google Code. Rumor has it they rejected RubyForge because the svn http access was too slow.

NEVER MIND THE ACTUAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONALITY, I NEED TO ACCESS THE SOURCE CODE VIA A PRETTY WEB PAGE BECAUSE I'M TOO LAZY TO CHECK OUT OR DOWNLOAD THE SOURCE CODE AND I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG FOR THE WEB PAGE TO LOAD!!! WHERE'S THE PRETTY WEB PAGE?!?!

If this is how you base your decision on which PM tool to use I have exactly zero faith in your ability to lead a project. As for Google Code itself, I think Hani sums up my feelings on it quite well, if colorfully.

In other news, it feels like the Pointy Haired Bosses have gotten their hooks into redMine, which is pissing me off.
