I watched an interview with Rich Kilmer where he discusses the power of Ruby. In the talk he also mentions Indi, which I decided to try today for the first time.

It's a very cool idea, but I had some issues. The interface takes a little bit of getting used to, and one other guy and I could never really get a channel going. We were always in a perpetual state of synchronization it seemed, and the "Indi News Channel" would never let me connect. Well, I guess that's why it's still beta. :) Yes, I submitted feedback, btw.

However, with Chad Fowler recently joining InfoEther I have high hopes that we'll see some improvements. I'm hoping we'll see something by the time RubyConf 2007 rolls around, so they can demo it and try to get more people into it.
