We are currently planning to unify all the various RubyCocoa tools (rb_nibtool, standalonify, newcocoa) into a distinct tool, that would be named rubycocoa. This tool would allow you to create new RubyCocoa projects without using Xcode, synchronizing your Ruby and .nib files, and also prepare your application for deployment. Stay tuned!
