I don't usually get too excited about products enough to mention them here, but this weekend I got to play with and "flipped out" over the cool new Flip Video camcorder.

It's small enough to pocket comfortably and runs on a couple of AA batteries. Best part is that its only $120. The video quality is surprisingly good at 640x480 and 30fps. The lens seems fairly high quality and can do a 2x zoom. Since it's got a built-in USB port, it's super simple to transfer video over. (They come across as clips, just like from a digital camera.)

I ordered a couple for my kids.
