I can't find the Ruby In Steel Project and Solutions page in the Options dialog box.

When I load up the Tools->Options dialog and go to the Projects and Solutions section, I can't find a Ruby In Steel page.
Some (but not all) editions of Visual Studio have a ‘Show All Settings' checkbox at the bottom of the Options dialog. If this checkbox is unchecked, a large number of items - which may include some Ruby In Steel settings - will not be displayed in the Options dialog.
