In the manual it says that I can convert a project by selecting Convert from the File/Open menu. I haven't got the Convert option on that menu!
The Convert option may not appear if you have not previously converted other types of Visual Studio project. If this is the case, you can add Convert to a menu by selecting Tools->Customize, then pick the Commands page and find the File Category. Locate Convert in the right-hand pane.
