I announced Ship It! LIVE a few weeks ago. We've finalized the first location and added a twist. Andy Hunt joins me at the first Ship It! LIVE training course.

We're really excited about the depth of the material that we'll be able to cover over these three days. Andy will pull from his well-known Refactoring Your Wetware series of talks. He'll also be talking about his take on the state of Agile today.

I'll be presenting material from Ship it! A Practical Guide to Successful Software Projects, but we'll dig deeper. If you liked my talks at the No Fluff Symposiums, but want to go deeper than a 90 minute session allows, this is your chance. We'll dig into topics like Gradual Agile: The Secret to Introducing Agile Practices, how to Build Teams, Not Products, practical Software Development Techniques, and the very popular process Tracer Bullet Software Development.

I've got an upcoming book with techniques on managing your career and moving yourself to the next level. I'll be pulling from that material on the second day.

Andy will delve deeper into his well-known Refactoring Your Wetware series of talks, and will also be discussing his take on the state of Agile today. Here's a description of one of the talks.

Software development happens in your head; not in an editor, IDE, or Design tool. We're well educated on how to work with software and hardware, but what about wetware -- our own brains?

Join Andy Hunt for a look at how the brain really works (hint: it's a dual-processor, shared bus design) and how to use the best tool for the job by learning to think differently about thinking.

Ship It! LIVE will give you the tools you need ship solid software on time, while retooling yourself (both brain and career!) at the same time.

Don't miss the first event... seating is extremely limited and there are discounts for early and group registration!
