Charles Nutter, of JRuby fame, has set up the RubySpec Wiki to foster the development of a Ruby language specification.

I've added links to the site to Ruby-doc.org, and encourage folks to take a gander and consider pitching in.

Charlie got the site rolling, but it's a community effort, and a valuable contribution to Ruby's development well worth your time and attention.
