With both Lost and Battlestar Galactica going down the crapper (or, as my friend would say, "The Cylons - they had a plan"), I've started looking elsewhere for my sci-fi fix. Ironically, both of the shows I've gotten into have come from NBC.

Heroes is a surprisingly good show so far. If you haven't seen it NBC has put them online. Start at the beginning.

Another show that I've discovered is Medium. I avoided it at first because I'm not a huge fan of Patricia Arquette, but I started watching it about a year ago and, I gotta admit, it's pretty well done. It's far more than "seeing ghosts". They do some pretty clever and interesting things.
