The updated manual and user guide is now available for download.
This covers all the principal features of Ruby In Steel Developer (which will be available next week) and Ruby In Steel Personal (Release Candidate 1 is available now; the final release - which will incorporate a few quite minor changes to RC1 - will be available in February).
