I'm mainly posting this example here for my own sanity, since every solution I've seen online is not unicode friendly (i.e. stops on single '\0' character), and usually does strdup'ing, etc.
#define _UNICODE

TCHAR* path = "C:/foo/bar/baz";

while(_tcsstr(path, "/"))
   *_tcschr(path, '/') = '\\';

printf("Path: %s\n"); /* Path: C:\foo\bar\baz */

Patent pending. That is all.
