I need to find a programming language/community/irc channel where you're not allowed to join unless you're 30+ years of age. I figure that would really cut down on the aspergers-like behavior from the 20-something crowd that so often infests programming communities and mailing lists.

And don't be offended if you're under 30 and reading this. I'm not saying *every* programmer under 30 is an annoying prat who thinks they know everything from ethics to copyright law. It's just an annoying trend. When you reach 30 (or so), and you're still programming, you'll know *exactly* what I'm talking about.
