You know, I was *just* looking for an HTML generating library. Something simple. Something intuitive. At first, I found Kazuhiko Izawa's html-gen library. Unfortunately, it's a bit dated and I'm not sure it's maintained. I was going to work on an update, but the I came across _why's Markaby library. It has exactly what I'm looking for - a nice, simple, instance_eval'd interface. :)

Imagine if we combined Markaby with a Racc grammar/parser. Why, we could replace RDoc!
