fact that Rails is a very narrow (by design)
specific framework and Java is a complete language,
maybe? Nah, that wouldn't make your pithy soundbite

Or is it because Rails, in any sort of "production"
sense is MAYBE 18 months old, and Java over 6 or 7
years, easy? Nahhhh...
Or because Java has been sold, sold, sold, sold by
a mega corp and Rails by grassroots evangelism?

No, wait, it must be that because it takes over
14,000 java programmers to do what 57 Rails
programmers can... =)
