Given that feelings of powerlessness are linked to unhappiness, then it stands to reason that feeling empowered is linked to happiness. Great entry by Ben Loritsch, who draws an interesting comparison between photography and software by describing SLR cameras as the first WYSIWYG interface.

His post not only struck a chord as far as my favorite web framework is concerned, it also made me think of why I feel blessed to work at the greatest consulting company in the world, ThoughtWorks.
