It looks like my first attempt to aggregate RSS feeds is worked out. I'm sure the code could be tighter, but that will improve as I work with the language more. I now have the code to gather all the feeds into a local cache and then merge them into a single RSS file. All that is left to do is combining them with an HTML template to generate the RubyRiver home page. I'll lay out the code I have completed over the next few posts.
