I've pretty much come to the conclusion that, when installing Solaris on a new machine, do NOT use any of the stock app distros that it offers. On one of the test boxes today I hit this lovely bit of software:

>httpd -l
Compiled-in modules:
  http_core.c
  mod_so.c

Oh, joy. I get to call LoadModule manually in my httpd.conf file. No problem, right?
Can't locate API module structure `mod_access' in file /usr/apache/libexec/mod_access.so: ld.so.1: httpd: fatal: mod_access: can't find symbol

You gotta be frickin kidding me. I'm not fighting with this, especially since I can't even run "ld" on this box, since I don't have proper permissions.

I think I need to have some t-shirts made up that say, "Just Use Blastwave".
