So I get the latest email from Jason Fried at 37 Signals, which says...

NOW GET MORE FROM BACKPACK AT THE SAME LOW PRICE To say thanks to our customers, we've just DOUBLED STORAGE SPACE across all paying plans (80 MB for Basic, 200 MB for Plus, and 500 MB for Premium) and also increased the page count for Basic accounts FROM 20 TO 25.

Everyone now has 100% more storage space, and Basic customers have 25% more pages -- all for the same low price.

...and I can't help asking myself if there's some Web 2.0 marketing strategy guide out there which says "after 3-6 months, double your service offered to your paying clients as a way to reward them and upsell all the cheapos that are still using the free service. Do I detect a pattern here? :-)
