Thanks to today's vote in the European parliament, I have yet another reason to like the EU.

If I had more time and energy, I would have written a lengthy entry on why this is so great, and why I think this will be very positive for software development here in the EU, but right now I only have one thing to say: Up yours, monopolist software behemoths!
