Use the Firefox sidebar to navigate Ruby's documentation.

Want Ruby documentation always right in Firefox’s left-side pocket? Martin Cohen has a Firefox extension which contains HTML, CSS, Rails and Ruby documentation within. The tabbing is a bit easier to wield than all the frames.

And our friend Demetrius Nunes from Brazil has Windows Help for Rails, advantageous in that it gives yer an index and fulltext search.
