Florian Gross pointed me to this link, and it just makes you want to put your head in your hands and cry.

I've decided that if I win a large enough lottery, I would run for President of the United States.

Domestic Policy Priorities:

Plank 1 - Limited line Item Veto. Some way to kill pork.

Plank 2 - Patent reform. Especially software patents.

Plank 3 - Tort reform. Especially law related to medical malpractice.

Plank 4 - Constitutional amendment to guarantee property rights vis-a-vis Kelo vs. City of New London.

Plank 5 - Massive refocus of military spending. More tactical/urban. Less strategic.

Plank 6 - Reform of Rules Committee. And by reform, I mean eliminate it.

Plank 7 - A real energy policy. You know, one that doesn't kiss the ass of big oil and coal.

Plank 8 - Major Patriot Act modifications.

Foreign Policy Priorities:

Plank 1 - Re-evaluation of our relationship with China, vis-a-vis human rights and Taiwan.

Plank 2 - Re-evaluation of our relationship with much of the middle east (in part dependent on Domestic Plank 7).

Plank 3 - Support for Palestine...and Israel. Probably the stickiest, thorniest foreign policy issue of our day.

Plank 4 - Iran, Syria and North Korea....suggestions?

Plank 5 - Mexico. Sorry folks, we have got to do something about the massive amounts of illegal immigration.

I'll add more as I think of them. So, who's gonna vote for me?

I'll leave comments open. However, any ad hominem or otherwise generally nasty remarks will be deleted mercilessly.
