Nothing like the prospect of a grueling 17 hour journey to get you pumped in the morning. Yes, I'm off to Portland for O'Reilly's Open Source Conference. We're looking at an awesome show and I personally can't wait to meet all the fellow rubyists and good people in general.

My tall order of engagements for the show includes a keynote, session, and a three hour tutorial. It's going to be a g-oh good time for Ruby on Rails!
