Oops, I just had a tomato juice accident, when I reached for my glass I
actually made it drop and it spilled a lot of tomato juice on my desk.
Fortunately, there were no papers or books, because I had the good idea
of cleaning up my desk yesterday :) The only victims were my phone,
chess board, kleenex box, mouse pad and stereo remote. These were
rapidly cleaned up. I'm also so happy that none of the juice spilled on
the carpet floor! I guess I did something good lately to be so lucky.

Other than that, tonight was the Linux Suroît meeting at the Casa
Grecque. It was fun, although we _did_ reintroduce ourselves since
there were some new members. Not too bad anyway, it was a way to inform
people that I no longer had a job :) I also used my second presentation
to drop a hint about the famous "pipe and pyjama" story :D This made my
friends laugh and caught the interest of the other people. However, I
didn't tell it, it wasn't exactly the place.

The organizer of these meetings talked that he might know of a place
with computers, a projector and a good internet connection to host
future meetings, install fests, etc. He also mentionned that it would
be interesting if people gave presentations. I immediatly thought about
giving one on Ruby scripting. Most of these guys aren't programmers, so
any complex stuff would just bore the hell out of 'em, but I think that
a tutorial on how Ruby can help automize repetitive tasks would be very
much welcome there. Most of these guys seem to know only how to make
really simple bash scripts.
